Loyalty schemes lacking a clear marketing plan
A recent survey commissioned by fast food chain Subway says that there is currently £5bn laying unclaimed on UK loyalty cards. Anamaria Chiuzan, customer, insight and loyalty senior marketing manager at loyalty specialist, The Logic Group says that this highlights the typical trap which loyalty programmes fall into of lacking a clear marketing plan to achieve their objectives.
