AIM recruits telecoms loyalty expert
Applied Intelligent Marketing (AIM) has recruited Rachel Rimmington as head of insight and strategy.


The loyalty and reward specialist says the move is designed to increase its business in the telecoms market.

Rachel has 15 years’ experience in the telecoms sector, working with two of the UK’s major network operators. Her most recent roles have included loyalty programmes manager and regional head at O2, as well as previous positions at Vodafone.
 
AIM’s clients include telecoms Telefónica O2 UK and Telefónica O2 Ireland, alongside other brands including New Look, Avon, Monsoon and, more recently, Car Phone Warehouse.
 
She commented on her new role: “Having worked client-side in the telecoms sector, I’m looking forward to being able to use this insight and experience to grow sales in telecoms and to seek opportunities for growth for AIM in a range of different markets.”
