CFO/COO named at Satmetrix
The Net Promoter and customer experience company Satmetrix, has named David Cooper as its new chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
Richard Owen, CEO of US-based Satmetrix and co-author of Answering the Ultimate Question, commented: “David’s experience will be invaluable in supporting our global operating model and helping to lead the company forward.” Over the past twenty years Cooper has been a member of senior executive teams at several companies including Agilent Technologies, Art.com, AvantGo, Powerbar and QRS. Cooper has closed over US$20bn in debt, equity and M&A transactions.

Some of Satmetrix global clients include Experian, Orange Business Services, Symantec and Virgin Media.
