How to submit your name, or that of a colleague, boss, minion or even an intern:
Send us an email with a brief introduction to the nominated person, giving reasons for why you should be nominated and what you are doing to make a difference to how customer loyalty is practised. If possible, please include a photo of the nominated person, and a link to their LinkedIn (or similar) online profile.
