Bargain Booze website aims to improve data capture?
??UK alcoholic beverage retailer Bargain Booze is looking to build online loyalty and improve data capture with the help of a new look website.
Digital agency Rippleffect has been commissioned to improve the retailer’s overall site to provide a more usable experience to help the company to increase sales, drive repeat purchases and strengthen brand awareness as it aims to grow its market share.
Mat Leach, marketing manager at Bargain Booze, commented: “Traditionally our customer base has been highly fragmented as the market is extremely price and product sensitive. This has left little opportunity for targeted marketing to build brand loyalty and an accurate customer database. “
The new website will enable us to cost-effectively capture and regularly refresh customer data, which can be used for tailored marketing campaigns and promotional offers. This will help them drive footfall and revenue.”
In designing the new site, Rippleffect has completely stripped away the previous flash animation and developed a fully-content managed system to enable franchisees to easily download information. The site has also been built with search engine optimisation in mind to help improve the retailer’s internet page rankings when potential customers search for brands or the locations of stores.
