Customer loyalty research vacancy in SA
A leading marketing research (R&D) company in South Africa needs an expert in consumer modelling – specifically customer loyalty and experience research. You would have to use your knowledge in all applications.
Help with proposals of various kinds – small proposals through to large pitches as well as project contributions as the expert.
Technical assistance – general research questions or modeling questions.
Account support. This requires statistical analysis that could include financial linkage and formal presentation to the client.
Create deliverables for customer experience/loyalty solutions.
Provide support for integration with customer experience/loyalty capabilities and capabilities elsewhere in the business.
Conduct training webinars.
At least three to five years experience in this particular role.
High level technical and analytical
Knowledge of statistical software, i.e. structrual quotation modelling, specifically Lisrel.
Highly numerate and analytical.
Resilient, detailed and efficient.
