Customer management system at Barclays India
Barclays Bank in India has launched a new customer loyalty management system.
The system is supplied by ElectraCard Services (ECS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Opus Software Solutions, and will enable Barclays to benefit from various unique loyalty programmes and to get rewards across multiple banking channels.
“In a dynamic business environment like todays, customer expectations are to be met before they realise it themselves. Barclays loyalty management program is designed to ensure that,” said ElectraCard Services and Opus Software Solutions CEO, Ramesh Mengawade.
The Enterprise Wide Account-based loyalty management solution enables Barclays to link the differential reward programmes to multiple banking channels – ATM services, debit cards, Internet banking and mobile banking services.
The Barclays reward points programme incentivises customers to use alternate channels of the bank.
These loyalty points are earned for transactions done on Barclays debit cards, mobile banking, internet banking and ATMs and for registration and activation on various banking channels.
