Strong use of technology, personalised interaction and collaboration

Finalists in this year’s Loyalty Magazine Awards are using technology and empathy to stand out from their competitors and interact with customers. Artificial intelligence to streamline interactions is prevalent and there is a strong trend towards ‘Super Loyalty’ to foster allegiance to a number of brands.
With the Loyalty Magazine Awards now covering all global markets, even the shortlisting this year has been challenging for the judges. The entries listed below should be proud of their achievement so far.

The next round of judging will be undertaken online, when the shortlisted entries will be carefully analysed by our highly skilled and experienced team of experts, chosen from across the world for their knowledge of customer loyalty. This process will be followed by a full day of debate and discussion when the judges come together to vote on the ultimate winners.
