Finalists for UK National Customer Service Awards announced
The UK National Customer Service Awards has selected the finalists for this year’s awards.
The programme, now in its ninth year, attracted entries from hundreds of companies. The Award’s 28 categories give organisations the opportunity to showcase their success stories and developments in customer service.
The awards celebrate and promote excellence, best practice, and innovation in the industry.
Award categories include: Retail; Public Services & Education; Leisure & Tourism; IT & Telecommunications; Airlines, Transport & Distribution; General Companies and Financial Services.
Each finalist will present their entry in front of a judging panel throughout July at The Chartered Institute of Marketing’s head office, Moor Hall in Cookham. The judging panels are made up of key customer service practitioners, award sponsors and members of professional bodies. All of whom are from a wide selection of industry sectors and of director, manager and consultant level.
All winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday 23 September 2008 to be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
