HSBC agrees Sri Lanka reward sharing deal

HSBC has partnered with Sri Lankan telco Dialog Telekom to offer their clientele share benefits of their respective customer loyalty schemes. This agreement is the first in a series of offers between the two companies, and gives customers the opportunity to switch loyalty schemes based on their convenience.
All Dialog Mobile customers will now be able to use Star Points to purchase products and services at all lifestyle Reward Merchants of HSBC such as Odel, Hameedias, Cargills and Cinnamon Lakeside which are not part of the Star Points merchant network.
The telco’s customers can also take advantage of the Airmiles programmes such as Kris Flyer , Asia Miles and Q miles. Similarly, HSBC customers could now benefit from exclusive offers from 400-plus Star Points merchants and over 1,000 outlets island-wide through this innovative customer conversion mechanism, according to an HSBC statement.
