Customer-facing companies proving fast adopters of connecting technologies

Last year the judges said the entries for The Loyalty Magazine Awards were "staggeringly good". This year they are blown away by the extent to which commercial businesses in all sectors are using emerging technologies such as #AugmentedReality, #ArtificialIntelligence and #PersonalAssistants to bring about a Digital Transformation.

There is no doubt that these are exciting times and what is particularly obvious from the Loyalty Magazine Awards shortlist is that customer facing organisations are rising to the challenge, adopting the latest analytics and communication technology and connecting in the way their customers like best.
