Internet shopping rewards move offline?
??Internet rewarded shopping group MutualPoints has now launched an offline reward programme for its membershipin partnership with cardless loyalty platform provider Reward.
The agreement gives MutualPoints owner TMN immediate access to Reward¹s cardless technology and high street retail network.
MutualPoints members can now earn points to convert to cashback, when they shop at retailers such as: SuperDrug; CineWorld; Halfords and Burtons. Subscribers to MutualPoints need to register their payment card details once and all purchases at participating retailers automatically start earning points.
Reward and MutualPoints say theur partnership also benefits retailers too, in the form of a loyal consumer base of 1.5 million members looking to shop regularly at participating retailers.
Gavin Dein, CEO at Reward commented: “With the onset of the credit card crunch causing consumers everywhere to tighten their belts, rewarded shopping and loyalty programmes will continue to grow. Retailers now have to fight harder than ever to retain their customers let alone attract new ones and Reward is a simple success based programme that achieves both.”
