Kempinski Hotels rolls out food loyalty programmes for China?
Key International Hotels Management and Kempinski Hotels have signed an agreement with Hong-Kong-based Insignia Marketing Solutions for a number of Food & Beverage (F&B) loyalty marketing projects for the eight Kempinski hotels located within key cities in China.
Kempinski Hotels is a five star hotel brand which claims to be market leaders in the hospitality industry in this region.
The launch of a F&B loyalty program is expected to be popular with guests and a revenue boost for participating hotels.
“We are delighted to be working with Insignia to spearhead our F&B loyalty programme, with launch and rollout projected during 2008,” said Bobby Ong – Vice President Sales and Marketing Kempinski Hotels China.
