Three new executives at AIM Solutions
Customer loyalty and retention company AIM Solutions has recruited three new executives to drive the launch of a new product suite and expand on its portfolio of clients in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
AIM Solutions operates in the field of customer acquisition and retention with brands including Filofax, Telefonica 02 Ireland, Coors, Triumph, Bradford & Bingley, Acxiom, Legal & General and Anchor Butter, in its client portfolio. The company provides bespoke and off-the-shelf packages, which include travel and leisure incentives.
Recruited for her knowledge of the hotel and travel industry, gained over the past 10 years, Laura Mellor (pictured), joins as product manager with a remit to launch a new suite of products that will deliver meaningful and measurable benefits to brands wishing to recruit and retain customers, to hotel chains intent on increasing occupancy rates and to end users looking for discounts and benefits in quality hotels and leisure venues.
With 17 years experience in sales in the financial sector, Sara May joins from Grant Thornton (having previously worked at HBOS) as business development director.
She will work alongside Angela Norton, who has joined AIM Solutions as business development manager from HBOS.
AIM Solutions will shortly be unveiling its new product suite and other developments include a bespoke website for this product (to sit alongside the company’s current online presence at www.aim-solutions.com).
