“We do understand that the foundation for true loyalty transcends rewards and is driven by quality service and customer satisfaction. As RTG we will play our part by maximizing on every opportunity to delight you, our customers,” said Mtasa.
She said the Pachedu loyalty card would act as the group’s house card, building support from those who have a direct stake in RTG.
“We are also aware that some amongst our shareholders are regular product users and therefore such customers will have a choice with regards the cards they wish to carry,” said Mtasa.
The loyalty cards offer cardholders a variety of benefits including financial, non-financial, higher tier service levels, recognition and appreciation and priority treatment benefits.
“We have also made sure that our loyalty programmes offer choice in terms of incentives, make rewards easy to access, allow reasonable time frames regarding how soon members begin to access benefits and we will facilitate the process bu making available regular statements,” she added.
RTG is undergoing an extensive refurbishment exercise ahead of the 2010 football World Cup to be hosted by neighbouring South Africa.
