UAE mall scheme sees 30% membership increase
Manar Mall, a shopping, leisure and entertainment complex in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), says its Intima loyalty programme has seen a 30% increase in registrations over the last three months.
Intima is a smart-card-based loyalty scheme launched in December 2008 which rewards expenditure at the mall.
Benoy Kurien, Head of Manar Mall, commented: “Apart from being rewarded with Manar Dirhams on every dirham spent at the mall, there are also fantastic prizes to be won every month.”
“The Intima loyalty card has been received with great enthusiasm at the mall with a record number of registrations last month. The success of our loyalty programme has helped add further stimulus to our ambition to be the ultimate shopping destination in the region,” he added.
The Intima’ loyalty card can be used at any of the participating outlets at the mall by presenting the card while making the payment for purchases. Customers get rewarded in Manar Dirhams on the card based on the percentage of purchase stated in the loyalty programme guide, usually 10%.
Each Manar Dirham equals one UAE Dirham of additional shopping. The Manar Dirhams received in one Intima partner outlet can be spent immediately in the same outlet or in any other partner outlet.
Some of the partner outlets at mall where the card can be used are Giordano, Hang Ten, G2000, Bossini, Chilis(F&B), Rivoli, Al Jaber Optical, Patchi, Sony, XOXO, Pastamania (F&B), Nine West, Ajmal, Marco Azzali, Nayomi, Optifashion, Atlas Jewellery, Sanrio, Redearth, Urban Concept, First Choise, Al Yashmac, Mikyajy, ELC, Funcity, and Accessorize.
New partners who have joined the programme during the last month are Ted Lapidus, Pierre Cardin, Mockamore, Adam Kids and Hush Puppies among others.
Customers can also get the benefits of the card at some of the non-mall based brands and outlets such as Kaya Skin Clinic, Royal Palace Furniture, Café Barbera, Awtar Restaurant, Golden Ferret Restaurant, Rox Lounge, La Tour D’argent and others.
