Vertu appoints Black Sun in CRM drive
Luxury mobile phone brand Vertu has appointed customer marketing agency Black Sun in a CRM drive to grow the value of its existing customer base.
Black Sun will be working with Vertu to build upon the existing loyalty proposition currently leveraged through their Concierge proposition. In addition, they will be focusing on a personalised communications programme designed to build long-term relationships with its customers and secure their brand advocacy.
