Which country is top for customer service?
No it’s not the US – that’s below Russia and not even in the Top 10
New Zealand has been ranked the best nation in the world for customer service.
The country was given a 92% customer satisfaction level in global rankings compiled by Financesonline.Com using the latest ZenDesk customer service benchmark report for Q1 2014.
Canada was ranked second with a 90% level of satisfaction, followed by Norway (also 90%). Perhaps surprisingly the US did not feature in the Top 10, ranked a lowly 15th with 82%. At least this was two places up on its previous ranking in Q4 2013.
